Starting July 1, the monthly sanitation rate will be adjusted from $20.00 to $21.50. This new rate includes two FREE large item pick-ups per week. Please note that these large item pick-ups must be scheduled through our online form. Additional information about the large item pick-up service can be found on the large item pick-up webpage. 

Additionally, we are pleased to announce that the price for additional carts decreases from $20.00 to $13.00 per month.  Customers who already have an extra cart on their account will see a decrease in cost for the second cart ($20 reduced to $13) on their first bill following the July 1 change. This is an important change because, as of July 1, the City will no longer collect excess garbage bags.  Each week, all garbage must be inside a Lawrenceville Sanitation Cart in order to be collected. Customers interested in ordering a second cart at the new $13 rate should contact customer service or complete an online form.
