Exciting news! The walk up payment window for Customer Service is now open at City Hall. Choose to use the walk up utility payment window to conveniently make utility payments in person without entering the building and passing through security. You can continue to use options like the drive thru service and drop box as well. All payment options are located on Clayton Street on the 2nd Level of City Hall.
