Two recycling bins are not adequate to handle my recycling needs. Are there any other options?

Customers with heavier recycling needs may purchase a new 65-gallon bin made specifically for recycling (recycling logo printed on the can) from a retail home improvement store.  An old trash cart repurposed is not appropriate, as it could be missed by our Sanitation drivers during biweekly pick up due to no clear indication as a recycling container.
